In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

The District+ 3 R9 Lowstep is a versatile city e-bike that is equally ready for weekday commutes and weekend rides.

A 9-speed Shimano CUES drivetrain provides plenty of range for climbing hills and cruising flat terrain, while the Bosch Active Line Plus smart system motor and 540Wh removable integrated battery provide smooth, reliable power. Trek's city e-bikes are designed by riders in the Netherlands and assembled in Saxony, Germany.

Starting in 2024, Trek began replacing high-emission aluminium with low-emission aluminium made with renewable energy, significantly reducing the carbon footprint of their alloy bikes. The battery design allows you to lock the battery securely in the frame but also remove it when needed, providing flexibility to charge on or off the bike. The SP Connect mount on the stem lets you securely attach your phone to your bike and provides wireless phone charging while you ride. From the suspension seatpost to ergonomic grips, every detail is designed to smooth out your ride. The MIK HD rear rack features a 27kg capacity, suitable for child seats, panniers, baskets, or pet carriers.
