In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

This is a replacement carbon seatstay designed specifically for the Specialized Turbo Levo SL Gen. 2 models. It is compatible with Gen. 2 Levo SL bikes equipped with 27.5"/29" wheels.

The Levo SL is built to exude supreme trail confidence even in the face of the most unruly trails. It is lean and responsive enough to pop, flick, and whip, but tough enough to take the hits. The Levo SL delivers an exceptional ride right out of the box, combining big-bike capability with a nimble feel in tight sections. A refined reach centers the rider on the bike for optimal traction and cornering, while the low bottom bracket, slack head angle, and optimized fork offset ensure stability on rough terrain. Riders can easily personalize the six-way adjustable geometry to match their style and terrain.

The Specialized SL 1.2 motor delivers 43% more torque (50Nm) and 33% more power (320 Watts) than its predecessor. Thanks to its unmatched efficiency, nothing beats its range-to-weight ratio. Paired with a seamless 320Wh battery pack, the Levo SL ensures supernatural amplification for up to 5 hours in Eco Mode. The MasterMind TCU, the advanced e-bike control unit, seamlessly connects with Turbo OS and the Specialized App, allowing riders to adjust power levels with MicroTune and offering personalized motor settings and advanced security features like Smart Control and Turbo System Lock.

GENIE shock technology is the ultimate air spring. It combines the control-enhancing linear spring rate of a coil spring through the “bump zone” with the progressive spring rate of an air spring at the end of the stroke to avoid bottom-outs. This technology gives 16.3% better bump performance than previous models and delivers 57% less traction loss time than a standard air-sprung shock.
