Returns

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

Take a closer look, and you'll spot the sturdy, versatile Integrated Carrier 3.0 – the ideal base for carrying whatever you need. Full-length ACID mudguards, front and rear lights and a flat mount kickstand are all included. Shimano's easy-to-use 2x9 Cues gears put the right ratio at your fingertips, and strong Shimano hydraulic disc brakes ensure you can stop safely in any weather. There's a Suntour suspension fork to help smooth even rough roads, and the Schwalbe Green Marathon tyres use recycled rubber in their construction to reduce their environmental impact. Where will it take you next?

Attention to detail is a CUBE obsession. That's why, with the Kathmandu's Integrated Carrier 3.0, CUBE designed it to work seamlessly with its ACID mudguard. CUBE has fitted a flat mount for the rear disc brake – it also accommodates the kickstand – and used Smooth Welding to give the frame joints a tidy, organic appearance. But it's not all about looks. CUBE also equipped the rear end with a thru-axle and added a tapered head tube for improved rigidity and steering precision, even when fully laden. With Internal Cable Routing to complement the frame's clean looks, CUBE has thought of everything. Just don't forget your toothbrush.
