In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

The AMS Hybrid ONE44 C:62 frame begins with Cube's time-proven C:62® carbon, crafted into a structure that's light enough for a lively ride feel but plenty tough enough for the trails. The 400Wh battery is incorporated into the down tube, as close to the lightweight Bosch SX motor as possible to improve handling, and the frame is PowerMore-ready for a 250Wh range boost with the optional battery pack. Internal Cable Routing complements the frame's sleek silhouette and there's a lightweight Direct Mount chain guide. With a UDH gear hanger and angle adjustable headset so you can tweak the handling to suit your riding style, it's got everything you need for fast-paced trail riding.

This is how you add extra spice to your riding. Start with a C:62® carbon frame that's designed to combine low weight with trail-ready toughness and the agility you need for long days in the mountains. Add Bosch's lightweight SX drive and a 400Wh battery for up to 60Nm of smooth pedal assistance. Then throw in the matchless reliability of Shimano's XT 1x12 gears with 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes. Garnish with a Fox 34 Float Rhythm fork and matching Float Rhythm RC shock, plus a remote dropper. And finish with a carbon crank, Newmen Performance 30 wheels and 2.4in Schwalbe Nobby Nic tyres. It's the perfect recipe for good times all round, wherever your trail adventures take you.
