Returns

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

The D4 Carbon builds on the success of the best full face helmets ever to be the most advanced downhill, freeride, and BMX helmet going. It is sure to continue the legend and pro success of Troy Lee Designs D3 and is the go-to for anyone seeking the very best.

The D4 Carbon helmet has a TeXtreme carbon fibre shell. The carbon has a spread tow construction that uses straighter fibres than standard carbon fibre. This results in a thinner laminate that reduces weight while achieving a greater rigidness, increased strength, and improved impact tolerance.

The MIPS Brain Protection System in the D4 means the Troy Lee helmet delivers ultimate protection. MIPS is a layer in the helmet that allows the head to slide relative to the helmet. This reduces any rotational movement that would affect the brain.

A collarbone suspension system improves safety by directing pressure away from the collarbone in case of any tumbles.

As a result, The D4 has the most protective energy system Troy Lee Designs has ever given its riders. The new full face mtb helmet is certified to CPSC 1203, CE EN1078, ASTM F1952 (DH), and ASTM 2032 (BMX) safety standards.
