In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

Simplicity is good for a backwoods bicycle, but simplicity needn't mean compromise.

The Nuroad C:62 ONE's full carbon frame and fork – light, elegant, functional and equipped with mounting points for mudguards and carriers – are just the start. This model features a Newmen Performance Gravel 25 gravel wheelset shod with Schwalbe 45mm G-One R Pro tyres for the best combination of weight, grip and durability. Shimano GRX hydraulic disc brakes are included for excellent control in any weather. The functional excellence of Shimano's GRX 1x12 gears provides a huge range of ratios literally at your fingertips. It's ready to explore.

The Nuroad C:62 frame takes everything known about carbon frames and repackages it in a format that's perfect for gravel. There's ample frame clearance for tyres up to 50mm (45mm with mudguards). An integrated seat clamp and semi-integrated cable routing complement the frame's elegant, organic appearance. The C:62 carbon fork has two carrier mounting positions, while the frame itself is ready to accept mudguards and a rear carrier, should you wish to fit them. The overall weight for all this is just 1,150g for a mid-sized frame. So it's tough, but also extremely light. The ideal basis for a new approach to gravel exploration.
