In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

The Litening AERO C:68X Race is a UCI-compliant race bike with a frame that has reduced drag by 30%. This allows you to claw back those marginal gains.

The Shimano Ultegra crankset with a built-in 4iiii dual-sided power meter means you can keep an eye on your performance. Newmen Streem Allround 49/54 wheels feature aero profiles and are shod with tubeless-ready 28mm Continental Grand Prix tyres. Shimano's Ultegra Di2 2x12 gears are wide-ranging and incredibly reliable. Matching Ultegra hydraulic disc brakes allow you to go even faster, because you can brake later. This bike is rapid.

Rules are rules. A race bike needs to conform in order to qualify for UCI-sanctioned races. But designing a frame that's significantly more slippery through the air, without breaking the rules? That's completely legit. The Litening® AERO lightweight carbon chassis – built with its premium C:68X material – was designed with extensive use of Computer Fluid Dynamics and real-world wind tunnel testing. The result is a significant 30% reduction in drag, in a fully UCI-compliant frame that elegantly integrates fork, stem, handlebar and seatpost. It's also extremely comfortable and has clearance for tyres up to 28mm. But most important of all, it's very, very fast.
