Returns

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

The Fuel EX 5 is an aluminium trail bike built for total versatility wherever you ride.

It comes equipped with a RockShox Recon Silver fork and X-Fusion Pro 2 rear shock, tubeless-ready wheels, a 12-speed Shimano Deore drivetrain, and a TranzX dropper post, ensuring you are ready for anything the trail throws at you. Only you can define your perfect trail bike; that is why Fuel is available in three adjustability-packed configurations: get do-it-all capability with EX, go pop-happy with MX, or charge through it all with LX.

The Fuel's new frame gives you loads of room for long dropper posts, bigger shocks, frame bags, and more. Stash ride essentials with in-frame storage on all Fuel models, both carbon and alloy. Plus, top tube accessory mounts let you load up even more gear.

  • Adjustable leverage rate: Flip the chip in the lower shock mount for a more progressive leverage rate, allowing for more bottom-out resistance without giving up small-bump sensitivity.
  • Zero Stack Integrated Headset: With a ZS standard headset, you have loads of options for aftermarket upgrades, including angle adjust.
  • Active Braking Pivot: Allows Trek's engineers to tune how the suspension reacts to acceleration and braking forces independently, providing more confident control when you need it most.
