In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

You might get a hint of its prowess from the choice of RockShox Pike Select+ fork and Deluxe Select+ shock. Then there are the 2.4in Schwalbe-clad Newmen Beskar 30 wheels with Schwalbe Aerothan ultralight inner tubes and Magura MT5 hydraulic disc brakes. A remote dropper post is included. A one-piece carbon stem and handlebar are added for the ultimate in low weight and precise control. An ACID multitool Husk 24 is included for trailside fixes. The precise electronic shifting of Sram's GX Eagle Transmission 1x12 groupset completes the package. It is a mountain lion ready to pounce.

The Stereo ONE44 C:68X's elegant lines are more than skin deep. The C:68X® Advanced Twin Mold frame is a great place to start for the ultimate in lightweight carbon performance. With an emphasis on lower weight and the best possible performance on the trail, small details like the threaded bottom bracket and a headset with angle adjustment inserts help make the difference. There is a storage compartment built into the down tube with a dedicated holder for an ACID multitool Husk 24 and room for a specially designed bag to carry all your essentials. The trunnion shock and semi-integrated seat clamp are the finishing touches to this precise, trail-devouring machine.
