In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

Built around a C:62 carbon frame and matching C:62 fork that blend ruggedness and comfort with sharp handling, this model features Shimano's GRX Di2 1x12 gears and GRX crank for an unparalleled gear range and super-precise electronic shifts. Matching GRX hydraulic disc brakes work with grippy Continental Terra Trail 45mm tyres on Newmen Advanced G.34 wheels to keep you in full control. And, with room for optional mudguards and front- and rear-mounted racks, you're all set for gravel adventures.

The Nuroad C:62 frame takes everything known about carbon frames and repackages it in a format that's perfect for gravel. There's ample frame clearance for tyres up to 50mm (45mm with mudguards). An integrated seat clamp and semi-integrated cable routing complement the frame's elegant, organic appearance. The C:62 carbon fork has two carrier mounting positions, while the frame itself is ready to accept mudguards and a rear carrier, should you wish to fit them. And the overall weight for all this? Just 1,150g for a mid-sized frame. So it's tough, but also extremely light. The ideal basis for a new approach to gravel exploration.
