In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

The Nuroad Hybrid C:62 SLT features Continental Terra Speed 45mm tyres and Newmen Advanced SL X.R.36 carbon semi-aero wheels, providing low rolling weight and exceptional grip.

The C:62 carbon frame is built around Bosch's lightweight SX drive system and a 400Wh battery. Its X-Connect system is pre-installed for easy addition of a compatible ACID front light. With up to 60Nm of torque, lighter weight, and the flexibility to add a PowerMore 250Wh booster battery, it offers the performance you need. Sram's Force XPLR AXS 1x13 gears combine close ratios and a huge range with exceptional electronic shifting accuracy. A RaceFace carbon crank is fitted, and Sram Force AXS hydraulic disc brakes ensure safe slowing and stopping in all conditions.

Form meets function in the elegant shape of the Nuroad Hybrid C:62's carbon frame. It features a clean profile and organic curves, alongside practical elements like clearance for tyres up to 50mm even with mudguards fitted. Carrier mounting points are included at the rear and on the full carbon fork for maximum bikepacking versatility. The Bosch drive system's control unit is incorporated into the top tube, with a mini handlebar remote, and the frame is PowerMore-ready for a +250Wh battery booster pack. The seat clamp is hidden, and there is a Direct Mount lightweight chain guide, a flat mount kickstand interface, Boost rear end, and UDH derailleur hanger.
