With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).
Customers are accountable for return shipping charges. If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.
If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.
Please note the following:
Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

Blinder E 900 will level-up your urban illumination and help you see and be seen in all light conditions.
The robust build, precisely engineered lens optics and high-quality LEDs are best-in-class, while the integrated button makes operation intuitive and effortless. Designed to deliver uncompromising performance and reliability, this sleek and powerful e-bike light ensures you stay visible and safe on the road. The vibration-resistant, CNC machined aluminium handlebar mounting is perfectly constructed with an anodised hard coat to ensure a smooth ride no matter the weather. Knog's proprietary gold plated DC Connector guarantees a robust cable setup with advanced conductivity. Engineered as a road focussed beam, the 900 lumens offers a clear, bright light to navigate your path.
Knog's e-bike lights are powered by the motor of your electric bike and need to be installed manually. This is a simple task for a trained e-bike professional and it is suggested to have them handle the installation as it may require some disassembly of the bike and motor (depending on the battery make and model) and additional wiring to connect the light to the motor.
