Returns

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

Standard rim strip: fits most cross country rims measuring 21.5 to 24.5mm wide. Equipped with 32mm removable core presta valve stems.

Downhill rim strip: fits most downhill rims measuring 36mm to 39mm wide. Equipped with 32mm removable core schrader valve stems.

Freeride rim strip: fits most freeride or all mountain rims measuring 27mm to 34mm wide. Equipped with 32mm removable core schrader valve stems.

Enduro rim strip: fits a few particular 26in rims measuring 25 to 28mm wide or 29in rims measuring 24-26mm wide. Equipped with 32mm removable core presta valve stems. Formally called the rhyno lite strip

all mountain 29er rim strip: fits some 29″ mountain bike rims including but not limited to: mavic 520 touring
& sun rhyno lite 29er. Equipped with 32mm removable core presta valve stems.

Olympic rim strip: fits the ztr olympic, 355, 355 650b, 355 29er and arch 29er. Can also be used as a lighter alternative to the standard model in ust rims.

Xc 29er rim strip: fits most 29″ cross country rims currently available. Equipped with 32mm removable core presta valve stems.

Cyclocross rim strip: fits most 700c cyclocross and road rims measuring 17mm to 21mm wide. Equipped with 44mm removable core presta valve stems

flow rim strip: fits the ztr flow, flow 29er; bontrager rhythm, duster and 2011 giant s-xc 29 rims.

Alpha 340/400 rim strip: fits the alpha 340 and alpha 400 rims when using tube-type cylcocross tires. Equipped with 44mm removable core presta valve stems.
