With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).
Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.
If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Welcome to the brand-new Kinesis R2.R2 is a modern-day road bike ideally suited to those looking for good pace in their ride with the added prospect of something a little more adventurous if desired.R2 is built around the same proven frame and fork as our highly acclaimed, group test winning R1 bike which Cycling Plus magazine proclaimed had "Understated class and excellent ride quality" and BikeRadar.com said had “instant zing when pressing the pedals". Customer feedback led us to tweak the recipe to cater to even more riders and R2 features a Shimano 2x10 drivetrain, providing plentiful gear range. No matter whether you like to tackle big climbs, bomb fast descents, or get your head down on the flat roads then R2 will get you there with ease.
Our experience spans over two decades of aluminium frame design. Drawing on this we created the R2 with a lightweight double butted 6061 Alloy tube blend that delivers a light and responsive ride feel. Good alloy frames have rightly earned their place with a ride quality can easily trump that of cheap carbon frames. Our impeccable weld quality and attention to detail come as standard. Internal down tube cable routing keeps the R2 looking clean and the servicing practical. Rack and guard mounts open up all seasons riding, along with ample clearance for bigger tyres with full guards.Up front our custom full “UD carbon” fork keeps weight low and takes out road buzz whilst feeling direct and accurate at all times. Jumping onboard is easy with our Kinesis “Rider Fit Geometry” which has been developed for comfortable all-day rides. A simple to understand choice of four sizes ensures a great fit for almost all rider sizes.
