South Downs Bikes is a well-established brand with two shops in the South East. The Worthing store specialises in Trek, Brompton, and Whyte bikes and stocks leading brands such as Muc-Off, Deity, Lezyne, Maxxis, and Madison. We are also a busy service centre for bikes and act as a hub for the local community. This is a fast-paced fun environment to work in where an enthusiastic individual will fit right in. You will need high attention to detail and be proactive in your work ethics.
About the RoleDo you have a passion for cycling and sales? We are looking for an enthusiastic sales assistant to work in our fast-paced store in Worthing. You will be required to provide customers with technical and professional sales advice whilst providing and sourcing products that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail sales role and a passion for customer service. Mechanical knowledge will be advantageous but not necessary.

Communications and Administration Coordinator

About the Role The rapid growth the company has experienced has created the requirement for dedicated communication and administration coordinator who will answer customer queries across a range of channels, as well as supporting store management with administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail sales role and a passion for customer service. Experience with Microsoft Office is advantageous.
