Human Resource or Purchasing departments can now contact us for business bicycle servicing, insurance replacements and quotations. Instead of a car/van pool, now there are bicycle pool sales. WORKSHOP
'Owing to volume of business workshop is now open Sundays for servicing. Workshop open seven days a week for servicing and repairs'
Our workshop offers three levels of service: Basic (tune-up), Standard or Complete (including strip down, clean and degrease), as well as spot repairs. In addition to the above, we are always pleased to perform frame and component swaps or complete bike builds, irrespective of whether you bought the parts from us or not. A first free service is offered for any new bike bought from us.We operate our workshops on a pre-booked diary system, please call either of our stores in advance to discuss any repair or maintainance work and book your cycle as required. On the day that you have booked the work to be done please bring the bike in before 11am, we will endeavour to turn your bike round as soon as possible but will agree a completion time with you at the time we take your bike off you.
We also offer a pick up and delivery facility for all service work if that is more convenient; please ask us for details at the time of booking your service. We will try and fit in with you where possible and will arrange same collection and delivery where possible. When the bike is brought in, a member of staff will go through your requirements with you and provide you with an outline estimate of what is required. Should this change when we start work we will contact you immediately so please leave us a contact telephone number and/or an email address.
We would be grateful if your bike could be in a clean condition for us to work on, as dirty bikes will be subject to a £7.50 cleaning charge over and above any service costs.
